TXShare members — and non-members who sign an Interlocal Purchasing Agreement — can purchase the Aclarian ERP Financial Suite instead of planning, coordinating, and hosting a competitive bid, saving months of time and expense. As the only ERP vendor who also provides CPA-led, outsourced financial services, Aclarian can provide a Sole Source Provider Letter.
If your entity is not already a TXShare member, sign the one-time Interlocal Purchasing Agreement. You do not need to be within Texas to join the co-op.
Pricing and terms are pre-determined. Aclarian has been pre-vetted by the North Central Texas Council of Governments through their competitive RFP.
Scope and pricing are specific to your municipality, special district, or agency. Aclarian’s Master Price List is available online — these prices are lower than what’s provided on RFPs and the highest we can charge per the agreement, and we further negotiate based on your specific situation and needs.
